Yep I have declared spring has sprung in Central Florida. While it’s true your best shot at catching a monster of a lifetime is January through March Florida bass fishing remains World Class year round. Transitioning to warmer weather means get the job done early. Warm weather also improves the top water bite that all anglers love. Guides will always use wild shiners but I and many others will also toss in some artificial action if you like. Last weeks catches averaged 10 to 15 fish with most fish between 3 to 9 lbs. on Rodman and the St Johns River.
FYI Tarpon and Cobia should be in Flagler soon as the bait pods are showing up on the beach. Capt Chris Davy 386-986-7914
